These Terms & Conditions apply to customers purchasing products for business or commercial purposes as well as, where applicable, other customers purchasing through our website.

If you provide incorrect contact or delivery details, Rhino Products Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from those incorrect details.
5. Prices and Product Information

Farm Plastics / IFFPG Levy
Where applicable, prices for farm plastics products supplied to customers in the Republic of Ireland include the relevant farm plastics recycling levy associated with the IFFPG compliance scheme.
The applicable levy is determined by the products placed on the Irish market and the requirements of the relevant farm plastics recycling scheme. Rhino Products Ltd reserves the right to amend applicable levy amounts where scheme charges, legislation or regulatory requirements change.
For customers in the United Kingdom, the IFFPG levy applicable to products placed on the Irish market does not apply.
Where applicable, any levy included in the price may be identified separately on invoices or other relevant documentation.
6. Orders
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Rhino Products Ltd reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or product description error;
- we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
- there are reasonable grounds to believe the order has been placed incorrectly;
- delivery cannot reasonably be arranged; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will arrange a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled products.
7. Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase or agreed with the customer.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by product availability, carrier delays, weather, transport disruption, busy periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For larger, bulky or palletised orders, delivery arrangements may differ from standard deliveries.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring that the delivery location is suitable for receiving the goods.
Where a delivery requires access to a farm, yard, premises or other commercial location, the customer should ensure that suitable access is available.
Where goods are delivered by a third-party carrier, the customer may be required to inspect the goods and acknowledge receipt.
8. Bulky and Pallet Deliveries
Some products may require delivery by pallet, freight or another specialist delivery service.
Additional delivery charges may apply to bulky or palletised products and will be communicated where applicable.
Customers should contact Rhino Products Ltd before ordering if they have any questions about the delivery of bulky or palletised products.
Where a customer refuses or requests the return of an unwanted bulky or palletised order, the customer may be responsible for reasonable return carriage costs, subject to their statutory rights and the circumstances of the return.
9. Returns, Refunds and Claims
Returns and refunds will be dealt with in accordance with applicable Irish and EU consumer and commercial law, as applicable to the particular transaction.
For business-to-business purchases, different contractual and statutory rights may apply than those applicable to consumers.
Customers should contact Rhino Products Ltd as soon as possible if goods arrive damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete.
Any visible damage to packaging or goods should be reported promptly and, where possible, noted with the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.
